The overgrown yard with water-hungry grass and roses was replaced with a low-water landscape including a rock-veneered privacy wall and a bamboo-enclosed private patio off of the front bedroom. A large redwood entry deck was added to stay with the comfortable ‘Zen’ ambiance of the home. The existing driveway was cut into horizontal strips and backfilled with Dymondia to give interest to the area.
